Remote Online Notarization (RON) instructions 

1. Have all needed paperwork digitized and ready to be submitted electronically.

2. Request RON appointment with Notary Monk. (Call 888-SIGNVET or fill out form) 

3. After appointment confirmation, you will receive a link in your email from Blue Notary (this is the electronic platform that will be used to complete the notarization). This link will allow you to log in to the website where you will upload your documents. 

4. Verify your identity (or identities, if more than one signer is needed) on the website. 

5. Notarization appointment will then be completed online. You must have a computer, laptop, tablet, or phone with internet, audio, and video capabilities to complete the online notarization.
